As far as kitchens go, it really is easy. I think the easiest and most basic is the PPCKitchen one in the sticky. But the others here are great and more up to date.

I'm gonna have to go with the SSK Kitchen as the most user friendly/idiot proof........ scrosler's ROM have always been the best for us gimped VZW peeps, but his kitchen supports all CDMA carriers. Check them out for Diamond and TP at sskusers.com
