Re: graphics vs qvga
Interesting question... The clock speed of the Touch Pro processor is 528 Mhz while the Mogul is rated at 400 Mhz.. You would think that the Touch Pro would be faster, but as you said, the screen is larger (VGA vs. QVGA)... Also, you have to factor in Touch Flo, which uses a good amount of the processor... Are you running a stock ROM? Try using a custom ROM, as those generally run a lot quicker...

Re: graphics vs qvga
its due to the processor IMO, its lack of optimization the CPU and proper gfx and performance drivers will gimp any performance no matter how much the clock speed is, and the VGA screen isnt any help either. there are youtube vids on the pro vs (the tornado i think....) where it has a 200MHZ (or 400MHZ i cant remember) but did not have these qualcomm processors we have now and it smoked the Pro in smoothness and fluidity in a game where they loaded it on both side by side
when it comes to the mogul/6700 vs pro, then the screen that hogs up the resources is the main dealbreaker even with touchflo off |

Re: graphics vs qvga
Maybe because the game is optimized for the mogul and not the TP. Try playing need for speed on the mogul I bet it won't even start up...It like trying to play win 95 games on win xp it aint going to run better, matter of fact it might not even play. Its all about optimization for the software/hardware

Re: graphics vs qvga
I am running a custom rom that I cooked myself. I have plenty of resources available. I have tried the game without touchflo running. The game description says it is made to run on WM 6. The game was dynomite from Astraware. It is not that much of a resource intensive game.
