No Data Connection (Hard-Reset)

Hey guys

I was trying to fix my GPS so I stupidly decided to follow lllboredlll's guide to fixing it on verizon phones

The instructions I followed were:

1. download lllboredlll_VZW_GPS_Fix_v2.cabyour storage card or any folder
2. NOW install lllboredlll_VZW_GPS_Fix_v2.cab
3. use gsfinder,total commander or File Explorer to navigate to \windows\ppst.exe (EVERYONE MUST COMPLETE THIS STEP FOR THE FIX TO TAKE AFFECT)
4. reset your device as needed

Now I'm not exactly sure what that fix does, but I lost my data connection right after installing and resetting. I even tried to hard-reset, but to no avail, still no data.

Did I somehow change the radio when I ran PPST.exe?

What do I do?
