Help Me Get my GPS Back

Hey guys

I just flashed up to WM 6.5, on a rom from xda-dev's. My carrier is Sprint.


I used to be able to get a GPS fix in <2 seconds on my stock rom, after I used the quickgps utility to update it.

Now I can't get a gps fix at all after flashing. I hard-reset right after flashing, installed the quickgps tool, and updated it. I can't get a fix no matter what I try, HTC GPS tool, google maps, etc.

The only other thing I can think of is to use the Verizon GPS fix, but I don't want to apply it yet because I'm on sprint.. (http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=49933)

What else can I try to get the GPS back functioning?

WinMo6.5 seems to break GPS once in a while. I get locks instantly sometimes, and others I don't even after 30 minutes. Going to try bored's fix and see if it does it (Alltel TP here, identical to the Sprint). The one app that always works seems to be Live Search's "Locate Me" options (Live Maps doesn't get a lock).

Just to make sure, go to settings/ personal/ phone/ services/location setting and make sure on is checked.
