The problem is that Cyberon Voice Commander (at least the version that came with my Mogul) has to be trained - it can only be used for tasks that you've already set up ahead of time. This is a royal pain. With MS Voice Command, I can launch any app or media file or call any contact without any prior setup. My impression is that the OP wants simple, which MSVC wins.
Unfortunately, the OP also seems to want voice transcription (being able to dictate a text message was the example given).
AFAIK, that is not available on Windows Mobile at all (yet).
