nah, i reverted back to 6.1. i can't use 6.5 because WMP doesn't playing streaming audio after the phone has been suspended for a certain amount of time. does anyone know how to fix this issue?

disable the proxy under your data connection settings. All of your http traffic is going through Bell Canada.
