Did you happen to check their forums and download the 3.0.1 Beta 1 or 2 or 3 to see if any of them fix your issues?

I personally don't have the issue you described tho.

I'd reinstall... no problems like that ever for me with the first release or beta 1. Have you messed with any xml files in qa_layout or are you pretty much running default mobile shell?

I'm running the default mobile shell 3.0 and will try to uninstall then reinstall and then report back.

i get this issue some tome too
if its email or a SMS msg that part of the app wont launch no matter where i try to access it i also get from time to time a chime for a new mail or text but no count off saying i got a new mail and when this happens it usaly leads to the mail launch link not working
