Woah what changed between the Sprint and Verizon versions? I thought it was generally looks an a few other things but Verizon's SAR is 1.43?! The Sprint version is only .90 SAR... What did they do?

We have been using RF signals that are orders of magnitude more powerful than what your Cell Phone emits for generations now. What makes you think that a cell phone is any worse or different?

Nothing changed. They are both 1.43 SAR. Where did you see that the Sprint TP was .90?

I don't know if it ups the radiation or not, however, I have noticed that when I get angry now I turn green, get large muscles and my pants split, yet somehow stay on. Might be unrelated.

Is that why my hand feels all tingly after holding my phone for several minutes while surfing the web and streaming music at the same time???

The way I see it, we all have to die some time and if it's death by technology... BRING IT ON! Although, I would rather die from a kick arse high-powered device than the Qualcomm powered Touch Pro.

Re: Does flashing the radio change the amount of radiation the phone emits?

It is way too early to say that cellphones have been killing people. The cellphone has only been out like 30 years and the modern PPC phones that we use have only been out for like 10. If they do have any long term affects on people it is way too early to tell. Also it is rediculous to use a BT headset in fear of death instead of convenience. So until i see any credible proof that the only thing that caused somebody to have a brain tumor was a cell phone, I ll continue to use it without fear

Re: Does flashing the radio change the amount of radiation the phone emits?

I'm a Biologist. I can say with certainty that the risk you're putting yourself through with the phone is far less than those big macs you cram down your throat. The people who get behind this cause are the same nutjobs that think vaccines are bad. The main "problem" proposed is with Dielectric heating. The radiation the phone emits basically heats living tissue a fraction of a degree. This is much less than when exposed to sunlight. If this was a problem we'd all shrivel up and die when we walked outside.

Most of the studies that claim there are problems use Sar values of 100+ times what a phone emits. It's a very casual relationship at that.

All the people who yelled "cancer" were proved wrong a while ago.
