Personally I don't worry about it, but is the SAR only the CDMA in voice mode? in data mode? or is it a combined CDMA/EDVO AND Wi-Fi AND Blue Tooth on, and active at the same time? I would think that a EDVO connection would have a higher SAR rating, and having Wi-Fi/BT/EDVO with all transceivers running flat out at maximum would be a worst case, but what is actually the test protocol?
From the reading on the subject of cell phone only, I have NEVER seen a normal power test that causes ANYTHING. I know many tests try to cram 30 years of exposure into a 6 month test of lab rats and that DOES cause cancers to form, but they can't separate if it is the RF causing the cancers, or if the signal is just overheating the rats and the heat from cooking them is causing the cancers. Somethings are difficult to do in an accelerated test.
This is for me such a minor issue I don't worry about it. I do like having ammunition when other people ask how I shield myself as I keep my phone in my shirt's pen pocket.
Then they ask if I worry about something like
. Nope. I have on more then one occasion used my TP as a hand warmer!
There are many more things like being a better driver, getting tested for high blood pressure, or eating better and exercising that will have a much larger effect on your life expectancy then your cell phone.
