Touch pro Video quality worse than mogul

Plain and simple the touch pro does horrible video quality. Good pictures but bad video.

mainly due to one optoin missing in the "capture format".

We have h.263 crappy and slow even if you bump frame rate and bitrate up
We have 3gpp2 Crappy and slow even if you bump frame rate and birtate up
We have mpeg4 crappy and slow even if you bump frame rate and bitrate up

But we do not have Motion JPEG. Why the hell did they lose that option? It's the best quality setting for videos. Sure the video files are a bit larger but the quality is night and day not big pixelated compression.
