Why Are Touch Pros Such Pieces Of Crap!

I've had a touch pro for about 2 months now. Sprint is now ordering my third replacement phone. This time the keyboard doesn't work, the time before that a peg that holds the keyboard in place busted through the side of the phone above the volume button. If this keeps up I'm going to get an Iphone or something.

I believe this will be my last HTC product. I'm extremely dissapointed!

Yikes. My condolences. I have had one about a month now and I love it. I hope it doesn't develop the same problems. I have talked to some people at work who have it and they don't like it either. They also don't know about this great site or how to really use WM.

II feel your pain. I had my TP for about a month and have no hardware or software issues. Before this phone I had my Touch replaced 5 times in 2 months. So I have my fingers crossed!

Just a heads up- yesterday on the phone with sprint customer care my wife was told that if you go through 3 refurbs sprint wil let you get a different phone (with a new 2 year plan) for the lowest advertised cost. Might be worth looking into...

because HTC hates us & wants to laugh at everybody who bought it & they are gonna laugh even harder when the same people buy the touch pro 2 thinking its gonna change anything

yup, apples fanbase run on useless hype and brainwashing and HTC's fanbase run on hope.....

if we keep buying their stuff they will keep doing the same

I love my touch pro. I had Palm device before and this is my first wm phone. I flash to different rom every time when a new one come out. Right now Im using Silence 10.
