Re: keep the screen off when receiving a txt but have the wheel lights flash

PhoneAlarm gives u the option to do this as well as many other features but because it's a plugin I use it flawlessly in conjunction with 2nd Today

to keep my TF3D interface

Re: keep the screen off when receiving a txt but have the wheel lights flash

But there isn't any quick free way to just change that one thing? (just don't wanna install a super app to do one, not that important, thing) Thanks for the info though journeyman73

Re: keep the screen off when receiving a txt but have the wheel lights flash

from my experience there is no fix...but by changing the registry value to "1" , it will work sometimes though...just not all the time!!

Re: keep the screen off when receiving a txt but have the wheel lights flash

Did you go to Start/Settings/Sounds & Notifications click the notifications tab on the bottom scroll to text message and uncheck display message on screen and check flash light?

I'm not sure if this will work or not but u could give it a try...

EDIT: DIAMOND TWEAK
IS ANOTHER OPTION AND IT'S FREEWARE...JUST SCROLL DOWN TO OPTION 2.2 AND DISABLE WAKE UP ON SMS

Would I need to add this as a new string value or DWORD value? My RIL folder has two subfolders for DTMF and NITZCUSTOMIZE. There's nothing in DTMF and an enabletimezone in NITZCUSTOMIZE.
The RIL folder has ComPort, Dll, Prefix as stings and EnableGoodAPSystemType, Flags, Index, NITZEnable, Order as DWORD values.
Thanks for any help.
This only works for GSM
