There are 6.5 builds out there but more then likely you will end up hating 6.5. It is not windows fault but the fault of your phone. I bounce back and forth between SSK and Mighty's 6.5....There is enough RAM, you just have to have the common sense to change the pagepool before flashing. If I were to load it up with a 24 MB PP, things wouldn't be going so well.
