after removing s2u2 its definately giving me NOTICEABLY better battery life....i will give that hot fix a try

yeah this seems to kill my battery as well. i get like 6 hours on charge and one day i didnt have the app run and i got like 8. also for some strange reason i really do think this app screws up my data connection. i have 1.65b2. anybody else think this too? idk how to test this theory though? help
Man i so wish this app didnt drain my battery. My previous lock app was sensorlock which was a PAIN when driving and getting a phone call.

Try Pocket Shield, it's not free but is hands down the best locking app available IMHO.

yeah i have 1.50 and my battery is not bad, i use it alot so by the end of the day the battery is low. but it was like that before, and i used it on a bunch of different roms 20+ with no problems

TF3D2 kills battery life also. Not sure about S2U2 as I don't use it. I use Iconsoft phone extender for full screen caller ID and dialer. With just using Titanium my battery lasts all day, where TF3D2 kills it in about 4 hours. I used S2U2 on my Titan and didn't really notice any more battery drain.

I just switched to sensorlock and my phone usually lasted till about 4-5pm with s2u2. Lets see how long my battery lasts and if my emails all come in on time.
