Help? On Screen QWERTY BAD
Just took my TP out of the box 2 days ago. NICE! As of this morning, the onscreen Full QWERTY decided to only show numbers & characters.
The (Abc) box to toggle is greyed out & I cant switch or figur out what 2 do...

Not sure what it could be. Have you installed anything that would affect the SIP? Have you tried doing a soft reset? What about doing a hard reset? You should always do a hard reset on a new phone.
