pim backup sprite .... Others

what 1 will backup email settings ..... i flash alot :P and im looking for ways to speeds up setting up my email accounts/contacts i use and like PIM but im not sure if it will back up my email settings User name passwords the smtp and the pop3 servers

I know when I do a total restore with Sprite, it restores my five email accounts just fine....
