try going to a repair center and being nice-instead of fradulent-and u may get yourself a refurb unit. or, pay the $100.

p.s. u DO understand it's $100 now b/c of ppl like u, right? (no-this isn't rhetorical, i really wonder if u understand that...)

tony, just swing by a repair center and do the right thing. i'm on tp #4 and haven't been charged yet.( and before anyone starts anything, none were replaced because of scratches)

its people like the OP that make it soo freaking hard to get a replacement

im fighting to get my Phone replaced its got a loose keyboard ( top part moves way to much with just a slight touch of the finger ) i have lcd bleed RIGHT IN THE FREAKING CENTER OF MY SCREEN !

its still under the manufacturer 1 year warranty and they want 140 to have it replaced

so yea op its people like you that make me sick

When I logged into sprint, they were saying that May is open season for TEP. So, depending on the the specifics of that, you may be able to upgrade your warranty. Try logging in and seeing if it's for everyone.
