Sync contacts after ROM Update

I'm sorry if this has been brought up before, but i am unable to search for anything because the image verification on this site is too difficult for me to decipher..

But i installed Juicy's new rom as well as the 1.11 radio to my Sprint touch pro, and had all my contacts synced to my win7 laptop through winMobile device center. When i try to sync again, i am unsure what to do because it now says i need to do it through outlook which i dont use.. I'd be really dissappointed if all my contacts were lost because for some reason no partnerships show up and i have to create a new one. If someone can help me i would really really appreciate it.. this is the first time i am unable to get my contacts back! =/

Plus if anyone could reccomend any other impt. things to have along with this rom and the win 6.5 interface, i would really appreciate it.

I now know there is a such thing as the pim backup/ restore program but i dudnt use it before upgrading to a new rom
