Re: HTC TOuch Pro, sprint, Big problem..
I dunno...that juicy rom might have been too big for your phone and made it bust a seam. At least that might be the excuse heard at the store.
I definitely suggest you flash your phone back to the latest shipped firmware and relock it before taking it in. It all hinges on how "cool" the tech or customer service reps decide to be... and it has been years since my local store had a cool tech or a customer service rep who was willing to look at things logically before following policy blindly. |

Re: HTC TOuch Pro, sprint, Big problem..
I too noticed this problem. I am on my second TP on my first one I didn't notice this problem but with my current one yes I noticed that the top is not completely flushed with the bottom of the phone. I can press down on it and it seems to flush. I didnt' think it was such a big problem to warrant getting yet another phone.

yea Nikki, im thinking the same thing, its nothing that hinders the use of the phone, but it is just not aesthetically pleasing

Re: HTC TOuch Pro, sprint, Big problem..
Just have to ask, because when I got my TP from Ebay I wondered a similar thing...are you sure it's not the screen protector peeling up? Sorry if I'm misunderstanding your issue. The original owner of my TP had the screen protector on but the side opposite the volume buttons just never stayed down properly. For a day or so after I got the phone I worried that it was something wrong with the screen as I've never had a near-flush-screen phone before.
