Thanks. I was thinking of picking up a non-working one on ebay and just swapping the case. Judging by the pics in the other thread though, that may not be possible. Looks like there is circuitry attached to that piece, i.e. it's not just a plastic shell.

Yeah that was my plan using a broken one, but judging by the pics in BigD's thread, I don't think that's possible.
