Background4AllPages question

I'm using Juicy's 7 Rom and when I try to install Silence Manilla Background4AllPages.cab it freezes up touchflo. I turned off touchflo while installing it so not sure what problem might be. Does anyone know a program that will work with this Rom that I can use to have the same background on all the pages?

I think Juicy's 7 ROM has the Rhodium Manila so you will not be able to use the cab.

Unless you visit this site daily and read a ton there is no way to keep up with all the programs and how quickly they update! LOL Thanks for your help guys!
