1 month old touch pro already broken

I had a mogul before this and it used to irritate the piss out of me, and now it's happening to my touch pro.

The keyboard slider busted a hole in the side of trim above the volume button.

Sprint is ordering me a new phone AGAIN! But I've already had 3 moguls this way and this will now be my second touch pro. Does the GSM version of this phone break like this or is the case more sturdy. All this plastic is killin it for me.

This is what I'll do to my touch pro if this keeps happening.
