Since you have TEP I dont see any problem with you bringing it in to the store for one of there techs to either fix it or give you another phone. I mean that is why you pay to have the TEP in the first place, just take in the store and you shouldnt have any problems. If by some chance you do run in to a problem call CS and complain and they may work something out with you but I dont think that it will escalate to that level.
