Re: Help Me Or Send Money For Glasses
I have a magnifying glass I can send you, it should do the trick, LOL. OK, joking aside, I found this because I was searching for a way to change my font color, but this may help you. http://pocketpc-live.com/softwares/f...t-changer.html

Re: Help Me Or Send Money For Glasses
There are multiple screen magnifiers - let me look up the ones I've tried.
Also there is a registry hack that allows you to use the 'wheel' to zoom in some of the other apps. I'll look that up for you too. But - fair warning - I still need to carry around and use a pair of reading glasses at various times with this phone - and I already wear bifocal glasses! Yes, I look goofy with the reading glasses over my normal glasses - but at least I can see! And I don't know how old you are - but just wait........ |

I have some visual impairments, so the first thing I do with any new ROM is bump up the font sizes. 1. The regular font size increase in control panel as everyone's mentioning. 2. the touch wheel also let's you increase the font on text messages, so scroll that up if you haven't done so already. 3. This is the real jewel: use NueFont by No2Chem to bump up the rest of the Fonts to what you wish: http://www.nuerom.com/BlogEngine/page/nueFont.aspx That still doesn't cover everything, and if you go too big with the fonts you'll get graphical glitches, but it will take care of 90% of situations. also: 4. MyMobiler: http://www.mymobiler.com/ Let's you view your phone's screen on your PC. Obviously only good when you're at your computer. But I use it all the time when I'm at my desktop, beats squinting at my phone any day. (Although if anyone actually does know of a good magnifying glass software for WinMo, I'd love to hear about.) |
