Re: Touch pro phone problem
If you are on Sprint, this is a relatively common problem. It is network related though and not a problem with your phone. I am a Sprint ASC and I have had it happen on my phones many times. Usually if you just hang up and dial again, the call goes through perfectly. Hope this helps.

Re: Touch pro phone problem
This has been happening to me a lot lately. I've tried to hang up and try again and it never seemed to work at that point. A soft reset would fix it. Sometimes it would happen again right after the soft reset and I'd have to reset AGAIN. It's a pain in the rear.

Re: Touch pro phone problem
thanks for the replies. i am with Rogers and i had also used a china network a few weeks ago when i was in Shanghai. I had the same problem. so it may not be a network specific problem. somebody thinks it is the problem of the communication module and need to be replaced. if not everybody has the same problem, then it is likely that the hardware is defect.
