can i use my internet sharing from TP on my Wii and get on the net?

No.
The Wii does not support AD-HOC network (WMWIFIRouter)
And the USB sharing is just for PCs (I believe)

You can in fact use WMWIFIRouter to allow internet access via the Wii.
Set up WMWFR and set it 3gto Wireless signal and configure settings on the wii and do a search.
Make sure the settings on WMWIFIRouter is set to an open connection. If that doesnt work then enter the WEP Key in the Wii's settings.

It's worked for me before

Wii has done AD-HOC for as long as I can remember.

This also works fine with ICSControl.
