Touch Pro Defects
I've read a few posts about early T Pro hardware revisions showing hairline cracks, and them being replaced free of charge, though I had a rev.02 build date of 4/19/09 and within a week (no drops) my device had hairline cracks along the side, and the keyboard became "jiggly"/loose.
I have to admit this is the first phone with a kb that I've owned, but is this a reoccuring issue with devices that are not one piece? Sprint is being a d** about replacing it saying I should have reported it within 7 days of buying the new phone. Thanks, Josh
