i tried installing pocketshield and this pulled up, "an unexpected error has occured in pckshdcontroler.exe." what am i doing wrong! thanks in advance!

If it's an .exe file (sounds like it is), it needs to be run on your PC while your device is connected via WMDC (Vista machines) or AS (XP machines)

you need to install the netframework softreset and you should be good to go here ya go
