ALLTEL Phone Replacement

I went in to ALLTEl yesterday to finally restore my service after a 900 dollar bill

. I told the REP my phone's buttons were sticking out too much and asked what I could do about it. She said they would send it to the Manufacturer and they will send me a phone. Would that mean I would be getting a REFURB or a NEW one?? She said if I did it through ALLTEL (im guessing TEP), they would Definitely give me a REFURB

. SHe said it didnt mean it was used maybe someone returned the phone but I wouldnt really turst her word on that. If any currently on ALLTEl or similar clear me from this confusion. Thanks for any answers..

why would they give me u an refurb phone??
if u ask me they will give you a new one....
dont know have to pay a month just in case somethin happend 2 ur phone.

YEAh i pay like $6 or $7 a month extra for insurance.

I bet that you`ll have the same problem with the replacement, my home button sticks up too. I thought it was just mine, nut I didn`t want to deal with there BS. Then my brother got a Sprint TP, and its just as bad.
