Unlock for Favorite Programs Tab.CAB
I was given the program below to be able to edit my programs tab (Favorite Programs Tab(2).CAB ). The problem is that the first 4 slots are lock in placed. He gave a way to remove that with (ProgramLauncher.reg.zip). I tried opening it on my phone (HTC Touch Pro) but it wouldnt work. I am assuming i did something wrong.
