Simple key Board Problem

I have an Alltell Touch Pro, and when im on the www, the keeps popping up out of the blue. Do i have to turn something on or off or is their a .cab file for this fix.

this will fix that problem.

just change the setting to nullkeyboard in landscape.

I appresheate the help, but i got frustrated a little while ago and just did a hard reset lol.

Im almost finished setting my phone back up, just about 1-2-3 app's im still looking for

i got frustrated with it so i just did a hard reset last night lol

what i meant was when im on the internet the screens keyboard keep opening up
