It lists only the 2100 band for 3G and it lists the 900 band for voice I believe twice,,, thats wierd. I think if an ATT user bought this phone to use in the U.S.A. they would be stuck with EDGE speeds of 100 kilo bits a second instead of 1,000 kb/ps 3G. I think the 2100 band is T-Mobile's 3G, right? But yeah, hope no AT&T users buy that without looking closely at the specs.

Is this place legit? Thinking about buying a phone from there, but really do not wan't to get scammed? It was recommended or used by pocketnow.com in their review, but looking for more opinions.

Gee I hope HTC rushes it out the door so it can be plagued with design and manufacturing bugs. That'd be swell.
