Is this place legit? Thinking about buying a phone from there, but really do not wan't to get scammed? It was recommended or used by pocketnow.com in their review, but looking for more opinions.

Gee I hope HTC rushes it out the door so it can be plagued with design and manufacturing bugs. That'd be swell.

T MOBILE GET'S IT FIRST. Uses the same platform as the Touch Pro. Minus the flash and some minor changes, oh and the bigger screen. However the Phone looks bulky.

The keyboard, screen and speaker phone look like very worthwhile upgrades. I agree the phone looks bulky and probably is pushing what can realistically be called pocket-size. However, we have to face the reality that if we want a larger screen AND a physical keyboard, we have to make a size concession. There's no other way.
