problems after flashing phone

This is my first time flashing my touch pro to a custom rom. ever since i flashed it, i seem to always be on roaming or if i would try to make an outgoing call, it would say dialing for 10-20 seconds before i would hear the first ring.

i have the sprint version and used the 0.37 hard spl with the copper rom.

Re: problems after flashing phone

Try a different radio than stock 1.03 and update your PRL. Hopefully you'll see improvements.

Re: problems after flashing phone

Maybe better if you post in that forum , since they post about the rom there.

Re: problems after flashing phone

Here you go, unless you purchased your phone after like a certain date, you may have this PRL already.

Re: problems after flashing phone

You shouldn't have to press the dial key. ## is a command string initiator, 775 is the command code and the last # confirms. It should ask you for your MSL. I'm basing this on the fact that your list Sprint as your carrier.

Re: problems after flashing phone

according to the PRL thread, someone mentioned because i have wm 6.5, i have the default winmo dialer skin and the ##775# will not work.

i was able to fix the roaming isssue. it was because i set the phone from "standard" to "automatic A"

the reason i set that in the first place is because my reception keeps fluctuating from none of full bar. anyone know why?
