Enabled="0"

Or do it using diamond tweak

i already have done that. still only works whenit locked. tryin to find a way to do it with the phone unlocked

it wont, you have to have the phone locked. Thats why there was a program created called device lock.

I've noticed that it is very laggy when locked, at least on MR5. The answer sliders don't even show up before the call goes to VM.

thats because you have to disable the white slide 2 answer. it works better than the white s2a. disable, and try it out.

i understand that it has to be locked. im trying to see if anyone knows how to create, edit, or replace unlocked version with the locked version.

Not possible. But I would hope the WM6.5 dialer is just not finished yet because the old WM5.0 looking dialer is getting old

You can use Advanced Configuration Tool v3.3.

Go to phone and disable skin.
