Hello All

So i just life the Sprint Store.. With a Brand New Touch Pro with 6.1
They took My old Touch Pro..Gave Me new one for free!!

I did search but info i found was kinda outta my league

Can Some one please help with the right info

I want to Upgrade to 6.5

is it possible and if so how? Link ???

yeah i read this ..
so i can just download any 6.5 rom ,,rename it to RAPHIMG.nbh
put it on the sd card and flash?

I would suggest two things

1. Unlock your new TP using the steps on that sticky thread
2. Use one of the popular ROMS - Mighty 5 for Sprint or SSK for Verizon... or find the one for your carrier. (I am on Sprint only so don't know what works for other carriers.. you might need to search on your carrier as keyword on this board)

I know for most of the popular ROMs the chefs have everything taken care of, e.g. on Silence / Juicy / Mighty's ROMs.. all you need it to downlaod the rar file, unrar it, connect your TP via activesyn, backup contacts/data etc to PC, and then click on 'CustomRUU.exe' and follow the steps...

i use a Mac so i have to do this from sd card .. do i rename it RAPHIMG.nbh?
it sounds like the same as flashing 6.1
im gonna try and see

It is exactly the same as flashing 6.1

yes - nothing different than 6.1 for 6.5 flasing.

I never flashed via SD so didn't know that piece...

happy 6.5.
