podcast help

how do i get a podcast on my phone using the rss feed app, it has the capability, but idk how to use it all i can get are rss feeds. any help would be appreciated.

You just need to enter the RSS feed address into the program. Getting that feed address can be tricky though.

Sorry about the delay, the feed is this address: http://media.mission68.org/media/media.xml

You just have to pick through the site and find the RSS feed address. In this case it was easy enough since they have a subscribe to RSS feed link on the podcast page.
