Normally, my phone will lose 10% battery life if I don't put it on the charger overnight while I sleep. With this app installed, and the standby setting set to the slowest, 19 mhz clockspeed, I left the phone on the charger up until it was time for bed, and it was fully charged when I took it off. Put it on the nightstand and didn't touch it again until I woke up in the morning. Checked it first thing when I woke up, and sure enough, it had still lost 10% charge from just sitting in standby for 8 hours.
My previous WinMo phones (a Samsung i760 and an Omnia) would not show any less charge level if I left them in standby off the charger overnight.
I will keep it installed and see how it survives on a day when I'm out and about all day. Typically I am down to less than 50% battery if I'm out of the house for 8 or more hours and don't use the car charger or anything.
I disabled the 5000 ms 'step' in mhz speed as I did notice this was affecting playing videos in coreplayer and such. I have the speed set to go to 256 when the backlight dims, and 19 mhz when it goes into standby.

hmm, in regards to losing the 10%, do you have nuePower installed? there is some inaccuracy in the charging routine that causes the power level to drop by 10% (i.e. the battery level will never be 100%). I know that nearly all other phones round UP, but the HTC phones round DOWN. With nuePower you will probably see something like 92-96%.
my testing shows that dropping the clock on suspend doesn't have a serious effect on power consumption, most of the power savings are on the idle step and the backlight step.
