Opera Mobile problem - can't add bookmarks

Ever since I got my replacement TP I can't seem to add new bookmarks to Opera. I go through all the usual steps but nothing takes. Frustrating. If it matters at all, I backed up and restored my bookmarks using PIMBackup from the last phone. Please help, oh wise ones!
