No Screen Needing to Relock SPL

I have a HTC Touch Pro and yesterday the screen started flaking out, it was all jumpy and doing some weird stuff. So I backed up all my data and tried reflashing it with another one of the SSK roms which have always worked fine up to this point. I dont believe it is ROM related because even the boot and splash screen were messed up.
Figuring that I will need to take the phone into verizon i decided to flash it back to the stock ROM which I believe I found to be this one RUU_Raphael_C_VZW_WWE_1.03.605.4_Opera2392_RS_6150 21_VZW_1.03.03V_1.46_51064_Ship.exe

I am now trying to relock the SPL with the Raphael_VZW_Relocker.exe
found in http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=42503

I get through the screen that shows the Current image Version and the new version. After I click next to update it sits at Updating the ROM image for a short period with no progress on the progress bar and then returns an ERROR[202]:Connection

I am able to browse the phones file system using active sync no problem and really believe it is just a screen issue. How ever the screen is now completely unusable so I really would like to get this relocked before I take it in.

If any one has any suggestions or tips to get it locked I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Josh
