Change Picture & Video Default Location

I keep picture & Videos on my Sd Card. I have the camera saving to \Storage Card\My Documents\My Pictures\. What i am looking for is somehow change the Window picture & video tab so its default is my SD card so I do not have to switch directories all the time. I found a place in the registry it looks like it might work but it does not keep the changes that I make.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Pictures

LocalPath
\My Documents\My Pictures (This is what it reads)
\Storage Card\My Documents\My Pictures (Changed it to this upon soft reset it changes back.

Is there some way to make this happen?
