So, I removed the theme, reinstalled the Comm Manager, and it still didn't change the skin...but the icons change to match the screen shot.

Weirdness....

The comm manager must not be pointed to the same files for its background. The files P_BG (portrait) and L_BG (landscape) are used for the background in the Sprint rom. Did you try installing the Sprint comm manager first? I'll try looking for any registry settings that may control this or PM Mighty Mike and ask him what files the comm manager in his rom point to for a background.

Didn't think to try the sprint manager.

I'm going to try it again now that I'm on Mighty5, and see how it rolls.

Been looking around and there seems to be a problem re-signing the files that got changed. I wonder if anyone ever learned how to re-sign the files and for it to work correctly.
