I need automatic prepend or prefix dialer...

I use a dialthrough service at work so callers get my work number instead of my cell number when I call them. The problem is I have to manually enter the dial string almost ever time I do a callback to a new number.

I'd like something on my Touch Pro that I can pre-program the dial string. When I dial a number I get prompted if I want to add the prepend or just do it automatically. Anyone know of an app that does this?
