data not working on sprint tp

okay unlocked my tp and flashed for my custom roms tut it said to restore my data through ##3282## enter my sibsidy or whatever you call it and hit restore now well after i did this i tried 2 update my data profile and i get error 76 so i try and type ##3282## and enter my number and it says check unlock code failed please input again any help plese otherwise ive got some explainin to do to the tech (
