HTC Audio Manager will let you trim too and assign it as a ringtone.

I use V1.02 Build1017.717 works great, cant put the cab up tho (work pc) the only beef I have is I have to start the program from a menu tab on htc home. Some reason I cant get it to start direcly from the main audio tab, I can conrol it from the main tab once it is active tho, still havent stoped long enough to fix it.
