I locked my phone

i gave my little sister a TP. she went into key lock to enter a password and it was set at pin lock and she enter letters and numbers. now it does not let her unlock the phone. i called sprint and they want me to take it to the store. but i'm running a custom rom. please help me. Is there anything i can do.

Do you know if she's entered the password in activesync? Sometimes it might let you unlock if you connect it your computer. If all else fails, and she doesn't have any information that she'd mind losing on it, you could always just set the phone to the rom default settings, but doing this you'd lose all of your info on it though. but it should unlock

Hard reset...

How Can i do the hard reset it loads to the enter the password screen. i try to reload the rom butit does not connect to the computer. what other way can i do a hard reset. no personal information on the phone. we just got it today.

Hold power+volume down+Center"ok", then use your stylus to soft reset....

Wait till the screen pops up and then you can let go of the buttons

Take the battery out & put it back in, while the device is still off, hold the power button, volume down button & enter (circle) button all at once until a grey screen pops up. Follow the directions and u should be good to go
