Constant internet drops

Seems like once-twice a day I will lose total connectivity. Can't connect to update my gmail/weather/web...anything. Then I soft restart the phone and everything is fine. Now keep in mind im standing in the same damn location so the signal strength is the same. Has anyone experienced this and any idea how to fix it?

I'm running stock ROM still with just the tweaks from the "Touch Pro Cleanup (Sprint Edition) " sticky on the top.
