I searched on XDA and found BTaudio.cab which looks like the first prog posted in this thread except it has an on and off setting. Works really well.

I watch slingplayer in the car over the speaker while I have the headset on to take/make calls but I always turn of Slingplayer when I get out of the car because I dont want to disturb others when Im running into a store or something. Now I can just turn on btaudio and still listen to the audio when Im running into a store or something and the turn it right back off when I get back in the car. very cool.

do any of the programs have better audio then another? I use BTaudio.cab and the voice quality for calls is fine but the music quality through it is terrible.

You have to turn off the BT headset or break the BT connection in Comm Mgr. Program disconnects automatically. Then turn the BT on again for call standby. My BTAudio lets calls interrupt the music so I don't miss any like I do when I'm on data connection. And yes, the music quality is sad. I'm ready to move up to a stereo headset soon. I'm checking out the Motorola S9 HD stereo piece after reading jmorton's post..
