It depends what you chose to back-up when you ran it. When you do the restore, only do your personal files. If you restore anything else it might mess up your new rom, because Mighty's rom is MUCH newer then the stock sprint rom. Make sense?

I know a good way to find out! Go for it! If it doesn't restore to your satisfaction, try a different rom if you want. Chances are it will restore different data, depending on what rom you flash.
