Forgot to mention that I'm on Sprint. Not sure if this works on other carriers but it would not hurt to try.

I am using MightyROM 4.16 and all these settings are already set to what you have listed except my rwin.

Rwin is at 2451808.

p.s. i get about 750-800 with 0-1 bars of service. who knows how fast this'd be if i actually got 'good' service in my home area.

so if i'm already getting about 1400-1500 kbps, what kinda speeds should I expect after this? or should i just leave it the way it is...as in "if it ain't broke don't fix it" type mentality?

speed test couple time with different setting and NO changes what-so-ever.

I went from around 300 to 552. Running Mighty 4.16 on Sprint.

Maybe Mighty rom doesn't have internet tweaks?.... I have Juggs rom.

I have sprint, but where I am I do not get Evdo, so just basic sprint speeds. I tried this for my Pro and i started at 230kbps and after i ran the program i got 175kbps any ideas? or does this just not work without Evdo?
